Product Feature


Ultra low power consumption.

The efficiency is increased to 99%, which saves about 2 kWh of electricity per hour compared to conventional models in the industry.

Silicon carbide semiconductor switches have lower on-resistance and switch on and off faster, thereby reducing losses during switching and improving the efficiency of the entire module. At present, the efficiency of active filter products on the market is about 97%. Coretech has overcome technical difficulties through all-silicon carbide switching technology and reasonable component selection and design, and is the first to achieve a 2% increase in overall machine efficiency.

Energy consumption is reduced by 70%, saving 2 kWh per hour. If a SVG with a capacity of 100kVar is operated for one year,
it can save up to 2*24*365= 17520 kWh.


More precise and accurate filtering performance.

The harmonic compensation rate has been increased to 97%, which means higher compensation accuracy and better compensation results. Through a higher switching frequency and control algorithm, the GRT-APFL model achieves a harmonic compensation rate of 97%.
The compensation rates of each harmonic can be set, and the phase angle can be adjusted to achieve flexible and accurate compensation.

High-density modular design.

The internal structure of the module is more concise, reducing the weight and volume of the entire machine.
Silicon carbide power semiconductor devices have a thinner drift region, and their high temperature resistance and high thermal conductivity place lower requirements on the heat dissipation system of high-power modules. A higher switching frequency allows the volume of peripheral electronic components such as inductors to be smaller, so the overall volume of the module can be made smaller. Moreover, the thermal conductivity of silicon carbide semiconductor switches is more than three times that of silicon semiconductor switches; they have stronger heat dissipation capabilities, reducing the requirements for the product's heat dissipation system. Greater output power and stronger heat dissipation characteristics make the product lighter, smaller, and suitable for more scenarios.

The cabinet power density is increased, which saves investment costs and installation space. A single cabinet can hold 8 modules, for a total of 1200A. The capacity of a single cabinet is increased to 160%.

16 modules, controlled by a single controller, achieve integrated control of more modules, reducing solution costs.
